Morton & Bassett’s Arrowroot is a shelf stable herb that can be stored in ambient conditions and comes in a 1.4 oz plastic jar. A versatile pantry staple. Arrowroot is commonly used for thickening sauces and fillings. Make a slurry using 2 part Arrowroot to 1 part room temperature water. Add during a simmer at the end of cooking. Careful to not overcook. For a lighter texture use Arrowroot to dense baked goods.
