Ingredients

Omega-3 Fish Oil, Flax Oil, Gelatin (Bovine), Glycerin, Water, Natural Lemon Oil, Natural Mixed Tocopherols (preservative).

Flax Oil contains a concentrated source of OA Oleic Acid or Omega-9. Omega-9 has been known to help lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and raise HDL (“good”) cholesterol. Omega-9 also play a role in controlling blood sugar.

Omega-3 fatty acids won’t make you fat, we promise. Omega-3 fatty acids incorporate themselves into our bodies’ cells membranes making them healthy, robust and able to function well. If you don’t consume two to three servings of fatty fish per week, like salmon or mackerel, an Omega-3 fatty acid supplement is beneficial for cell health throughout the body. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, Omega-3 fatty acids can also be found in supplements like flaxseed and algae based Omega products.
