Ingredients You Need1 pkg. Kikkoman Seasoning Mix3/4 lb. tender beef steak, cut across grain into thin slices3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided1 small onion, thinly sliced1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced4 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted.

Process

Dissolve seasoning mix in 1/3 cup water.

Stir-fry beef 2 minutes in 2 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; remove from pan.

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add onion and pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in green onions.

Add beef and seasoning mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
