Ingredients You Need: 1 pkg. Kikkoman Seasoning Mix 3/4 lb. tender beef steak, cut across grain into thin slices 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided 4 cups bite-size broccoli florets 1 small onion, chunked.
(1) Dissolve seasoning mix in 2/3 cup water.
(2) Stir-fry beef 2 minutes in 2 tbsp. hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; remove from pan.
(3) Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes. Pour in 1/4 cup water; stir-fry1 minute.
(4) Add beef and seasoning mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Makes 4 servings.
