Baking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°.

2. Pat fish dry and lightly coat each side with cooking spray.

3. Roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry and shake off excess.

4. Place fish on greased baking pan and lightly coat top of fish with additional cooking spray.

5. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Then turn oven to broil. Broil fish for additional 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Air Fry Instructions

1. Preheat Air Fryer according to manufacturer’s recommendations for fish (approximately 390°).

2. Pat fish dry and roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry and shake off excess.

3. Spray fish with cooking spray on all sides of fish. Place fish into air fryer.

4. Cook fish for 7-10 minutes, flip and if necessary cook an additional 4-7 minutes or until golden brown.
